Key Responsibilities: - *Road Maintenance and Repair*: Repair road surface defects, mark and signal work areas, clean and maintain road signs, and replace and repair protective barriers. - *Machinery Operation*: Operate road machinery such as rollers and mowers. - *Team Collaboration*: Work with other team members to complete tasks like pothole repair, pavement marking, and snow removal. - *Safety Protocols*: Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times. - *Traffic Management*: Direct traffic using hand signals, traffic cones, and electronic traffic devices. Requirements: - *Experience*: Previous experience in road maintenance and repairs is desirable.
