Maak onderdeel uit van onze reis terwijl we het perspectief van technische werving herdefiniëren.Als Application Architect SAP zul je:De overgang begeleiden van het legacy SAP-HCM-systeem naar cloudoplossingen, waaronder SAP SuccessFactors.

Concepten van het architectenteam vertalen naar uitvoerbare plannen voor SAP-implementatie.

Oplossingen afstemmen op standaard- en best practices, de haalbaarheid en GDPR-naleving testen.

Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en processen overzien, zorgen voor effectief gebruik en beheer.

Wat je meebrengt:Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als applicatieconsultant en/of architect.

Gedegen kennis van HR-processen en -systemen gebaseerd op SAP SuccessFactors en SAP HCM.

Ervaring in het ontwikkelen van businesscases, systeemeisen, functionele analyses en ontwerpen.

Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, complexe problemen te analyseren en effectief te communiceren.

Vaardigheid in de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).

Agile werkmentaliteit en ervaring in grote organisaties.

Vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden en zich aan te passen aan veranderende omgevingen.

Je moet in staat zijn om:HR-processen en IT-systemen te analyseren, effectieve oplossingen voor te stellen en te implementeren.

De succesvolle overgang van SAP-HCM naar SAP SuccessFactors te waarborgen, uitdagingen en veranderingen te beheren.

Complex technische concepten aan niet-technische belanghebbenden over te brengen.

Op de hoogte te blijven van trends en technologieën in de branche, deze toe te passen om processen te verbeteren.

Projecten te leiden en te coördineren, zorgen voor tijdige oplevering en kwaliteit.
