Jr Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 years Location: Lane No 5, Koregaon Park, Pune Company: Alcorp Structural Facade Glazing & Amcorp Real Estate Development Firm About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations across our structural glazing and real estate business verticals. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, taxation, project costing, and financial reporting. Candidate should be capable of maintaining inventory management either in excel or Tally. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and financial entries - Prepare and finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports - Manage project-wise costing and vendor payments - Process payroll, check monthly TDS, PF, PT, ESIC & GST summary, prepare relevant data, respond to queries and rectify defaults. - Review GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, handle GST department notices, provide clarifications and required documentation to authorities, and coordinate with consultants. - Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews - Inventory Management- Track project wise material consumption Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory) - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction / real estate / glazing industry - Proficient in Tally and MS Excel - Strong analytical and organizational skills To Apply: Please send your resume and state salary requirement
