  • Optimize campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, enhance transactions, and reduce costs.
  • Manage and research digital platforms to develop brand presence and lead base.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and segment customer data effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to align marketing strategies with customer journey stages.

Requirements


  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.

  • Manage Local SEO and Website SEO initiatives.
  • Manage campaign expenses, ensuring adherence to budget.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new code.
  • Guide editorial and marketing teams to enhance SEO in content creation.


Requirements and Skills:


  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM, managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficient in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends.
  • Experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field preferred.
