Position ProfileWeaver is looking for talented Tax professionals at the Senior Associate level to join our growing firm The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate with 4+ years of public accounting experience in individual taxation.

The Candidate should be a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.

This position can be based in Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, or Coimbatore as part of Weaver and Tidwell India, L.L.P.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are

required :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting4+ years of public accounting experienceExposure to CCH Axcess, Prosystem Fx Engagement,Autoflow, Gofile roomExperience in Preparing individual and Trust returnsTeam orientation and strong interpersonal skillsIndependent training and self-development, including researching and self-involving based on available resourcesFluent writing and verbal skills in English, including grammatical accuracyWilling to work in office with team members and supervisorsProblem solving skills and able to work independently successfullyAble to work flexible hours when key client or team meetings are neededProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

Additionally, the following qualifications are

preferred :Master’s degree in Accounting, or related field is preferredCPA, CPA candidate, EA or EA candidate Knowledge/experience in US Individual, Trust and Family Limited Partnership tax returnsKnowledge/experience of Energy industryWilling to learn and work on other industry and Forms based on the team requirement
