Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services aligned with project needs.
- Coordinate with trainer to schedule, plan, and deliver sessions as per client/center requirements.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Handle logistics and resource planning for training programs, workshops, and client-facing events.
- Act as the key point of contact between vendors, trainers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across lab operations, training programs, and vendor ecosystems.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in training program coordination and managing multiple trainers/resources.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight timelines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in project management, vendor handling, or training coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
