Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an RO/STP/ETP-Service Engineer, located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service and technical support, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for Reverse Osmosis (RO), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) systems. Daily duties include diagnosing issues, maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring system functionality, and communicating with clients to resolve technical queries and issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Field Service experience and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Experience in water treatment systems is a plus
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering is preferred
