Role & responsibilities

  1. Construction Planning

  2. Planning and Monitoring as per base line schedule

  3. Coordination with Consultants for GFC & review the drawing with zero discrepancy

  4. Monitor the details and status of projects, drive regular governance meetings, communication, and updates to senior management

  5. Identify and resolve project issues, effectively escalate decisions and issues, and establish quality measures and standards that ensure milestones are met, projects are successfully executed, and stated benefits are realized

  6. Quickly get up to speed and develop business knowledge and use that information to support/enhance the quality of all project phases

  7. Identify project risks, effectively escalate and develop remediation plans

  8. Establish project requirements, priorities, and timelines across the KRI Program

  9. Integrate KRI Program efforts with other control agenda and reporting automation work-streams

  10. Create and communicate regular project updates

  11. Develop schedules for monthly KRI reporting efforts and ensure alignment to them

  12. He will be responsible for execution of work as per drawings and design.

  13. He will be responsible for line and levels
  14. Will be responsible for smooth running of work at site
  15. He will make DMR of site
  16. Will be responsible for procurement by coordinating with purchase team
  17. Will coordinate with sub-contractors
  18. Will coordinate with vendors
  19. He will also make the bills and will check the bills of sub-contractors
  20. He should know about the flooding
  21. He should know about BBS
  22. He will be responsible for shutting and steel work at site, and for electrical conducting by coordination with electrical team/vendor
  23. He must have good knowledge for concrete pouring
  24. He should be able to make the cubes of concrete for identify, its crushing strength
  25. He should have the knowledge of slump test and other routine test at site laboratory
  26. He may be well versed about the quality at site

Preferred candidate profile

Those who have at least 15-25 years experienced in Civil Profile (residential, commercial, high rise buildings, township experienced is mandatory)
