Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 (CTC, annual — adjust if you intended monthly)
Experience: 5–10 years in school leadership / teaching + administration
Qualification: Master's degree (any relevant field) + B.Ed (required)

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, student-centered Elementary School Director to lead a small/medium primary school in Ferozepur. You'll oversee academic standards, teacher development, daily operations, parent engagement, and compliance — creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day academic and administrative operations for grades Nursery–Class 5 / 1–5 (as relevant).
• Develop, implement and monitor curriculum standards, lesson quality and assessment practices.
• Mentor, appraise and coach teachers — run regular professional development and classroom observations.
• Create and maintain a positive school culture focused on child safety, inclusivity and well-being.
• Manage student admissions, attendance tracking, and parent communications.
• Prepare and manage basic school budgets and resources; coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with state educational rules, inspections and statutory record-keeping.
• Organize school events, assemblies and community outreach programs.
• Implement behaviour management policies and safeguard procedures.
• Report performance metrics and progress to management; recommend improvements.
