Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Azure / AWS Cloud Engineer at Optum Insight India Pvt Ltd in Chennai, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services using Azure and AWS platforms. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud solutions. Implementing and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform

Designing, building, and maintaining highly available and scalable cloud environments

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance

Automating deployment processes and ensuring continuous integration and delivery

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator, with a strong focus on Terraform and DevOps tools Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure & AWS Cloud Strong knowledge of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation etc.. Experience with automation and scripting for cloud deployment Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator)

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
