  • To follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined.
  • To ensure online documentation in coordination with online SOP.
  • To coordinate with QA department for GMP and Good Documentation Practice.
  • To inline all the documents/SOPs and prepare, review and do necessary changes time to time as per QA requirement.
  • To handle CAPA, deviation, change control etc. related to IT as per defined SOP.
  • To perform CSV for SAP as applicable.
  • To handle discrepancy/incidents in SAP and maintain all the records as per defined procedure.
