Job Description We are seeking a Senior Zoho Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Zoho CRM , Zoho Creator , Zoho Analytics , and third-party REST API integrations . The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in customizing and automating workflows within the Zoho ecosystem, writing efficient Deluge scripts, and delivering actionable analytics and reports. This role requires strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize business operations. Key Responsibilities:    Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and related Zoho One applications. Customize modules, layouts, and views in Zoho CRM and Creator to meet business requirements. Develop advanced Deluge scripts for custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and automation. Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms via REST APIs , webhooks, and custom connectors. Build comprehensive Zoho Analytics reports and dashboards , including complex queries and data transformations. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize database queries and manage data migration or synchronization between Zoho and external systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Provide documentation, technical support, and end-user training for deployed solutions. Stay current on Zoho platform updates, releases, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications:    2+ years of hands-on development experience in the Zoho ecosystem. Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho One. Strong experience with Deluge scripting for automations and customizations. Demonstrated ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate Zoho with third-party platforms. Proficiency in SQL and report building in Zoho Analytics including complex queries, joins & data models. Solid understanding of relational databases and data normalization. Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS); knowledge of Python or PHP is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Ready to travel or relocate as per project needs. Willing to work in UST & EST time zones. Immediate joiner preferred. Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, or Kannada.
