In this role the expectation is to support R&D projects related to polymer, Abrasives, Gypsum, Glass, and Ceramics. Candidate should have good understanding material science concepts and have hands-on experience in experimentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Conducting research and development activities related to material characterization and innovationDesign and implement experiments for characterization and testing of materialsTo independently manage to calibrate and trouble shoot instruments such as Rheometer, DSC, TGA, STA, DMA and TMAAnalyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusionsSupport all SG businesses for needs in terms of Rheology, thermal properties along with data interpretation and timely reportingHigh adherence to safety policy of Saint-Gobain

We Expect you have :

Good theoretical and practical knowledge on polymer, composites, rheology, and thermodynamicsHands-on experience with characterization and testing of polymers and composite materials.Familiarity with characterization using Rheometer, TGA, DSC, DMA, TMA Effective communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentShould possess good verbal and written communication skillsMasters in Chemical Engineering (ME/MTech) with 1-4 years of relevant experience
