Pre-Sales School OutreachRole DescriptionThe Pre-Sales School Outreach role offers flexibility as either:Full-time onsite (New Delhi), orRemote (from any location).In this role, you will build strong relationships with schools, educators, and administrators, pitch LWL’s educational programs, and actively drive school engagement. You will support the sales team in converting interest into partnerships and expanding LWL’s global outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive research of schools across the globe to identify potential partners.Reach out to schools through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce LWL programs.Travel to different school locations (where required) for outreach and closing partnerships.Deliver impactful presentations and pitches to educators, school leaders, and decision-makers.Convert initial interest into qualified leads and long-term relationships.Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.Collaborate with the sales team to track progress, maintain records, and report outreach activities.Utilize digital tools effectively for presentations, reporting, and communication.Support in organizing LWL events, workshops, and promotional campaigns within schools.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum 2–5 years in outreach, sales, or partnerships (education sector preferred).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), CRM software, and familiarity with AI tools.Organization: Strong time management and coordination skills, especially across global time zones.Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.Passion: Strong interest in empowering students to explore new opportunities and reach their full potential.Flexibility: Willingness to travel for school visits and meetings when required.How to ApplySend your CV to: Description: Learn with Leaders (LWL)For middle and high school students, the potential to learn is limitless.
