Job Summary: The Purchase and Store Executive is responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring efficient storage and timely availability of goods and supplies to support uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities : • Purchasing: Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules. Negotiate terms and ensure timely procurement of required materials. Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. • Stores/Inventory: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders. Organize and maintain the store area for safe and efficient material handling. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages or excess. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or manual logs. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records. • Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements. Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, stock movement, and inventory valuation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements
