RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for product catalogs, brochures, flyers, packaging, advertisements, and digital content related to bath fittings and sanitary ware products.
  • Design visuals for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and other online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and market trends to create relevant and impactful designs.
  • Create product illustrations, infographics, and technical drawings as needed for better customer understanding.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing collateral.
  • Prepare and optimize artwork files for printing and digital use, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new design technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies for production-related activities.
  • Assist in photo editing and retouching of product images for catalogs and websites.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (preferably 4+ years) as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the bath fitting, sanitary ware, or related manufacturing industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Knowledge of 3D design or CAD software is a plus.
  • Good understanding of printing processes and file preparation.
  • Creative flair with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in designing product packaging and technical illustrations.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for product websites or apps.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
