Job Responsibilities:
Investigate non-conformances & customer complaints, and lead root cause analysis
Implement corrective & preventive actions and track progress
Monitor quality standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement
Promote best practices and contribute to Kaizen initiatives

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of QC tools & techniques
Good computer proficiency
Effective communication & reporting skills
Exposure to Kaizen & continuous improvement
