  • Lead and manage large-scale high-rise commercial building projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
  • Overall accountability for project planning, execution, and delivery while meeting safety, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management functions including procurement, vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Drive project execution using Mivan shuttering technology to optimize construction timelines and maintain quality.
  • Develop and implement project strategies and work plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams including project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and statutory authorities for timely approvals, compliance, and smooth project progression.
  • Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports on status, risks, and mitigation plans for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

BE/ B.tech in Civil, 20 yrs experience in execution - High Rise Commercial Buildings, Minimum 3 yrs as Project Head, experience is must.
