Our journey so far
Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay's founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That's how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea: to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Design & build backend systems with high reliability and availability
- Ability to work independently and in a team with least supervision
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams
- Own services end-to-end—from planning to monitoring & scaling
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate the tech bar
What we're looking for
- 3-7 years of backend experience in Java/Python/Golang
- Strong background in distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices
- Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Product-thinking mindset & experience owning production systems
- Ability to solve complex problems & keen attention to detail
- Agile, fast-paced environment comfort
