Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to join our team immediately. Candidates with prior experience in real estate digital marketing will be given high preference.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing) for real estate clients.
  • Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) to drive qualified real estate leads.
  • Conduct detailed audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for maximum conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to achieve ROI-driven results.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to deliver compelling creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market insights.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field ( Not Mandatory ).
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in running successful Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong background in real estate digital marketing campaigns is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
