Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's. Should have Hands-On experience working on challenging core IT roles. Cold Calling. Willing to work multiple requirements. Experience working on SI-Implementation partners, State clients’ & Direct client roles. Experience in negotiating compensations to onboard a candidate. Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn etc. Experience working with ATS-VMS. Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST/MST). Performance Based.
