Job Description :


- Utilize advanced Python programming skills to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

- Contribute to the architecture and design of new and existing software systems, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, optimizing performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality across the team.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps, data engineers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and of high quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and practices.

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the software.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software systems, processes, and tools used within the team.

Experience : 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.


- Expert-level proficiency in Python programming, including familiarity with Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, etc.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and algorithms.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Knowledge of database systems, both SQL (e., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e. , MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, or Kubernetes is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

- Contributions to open-source Python projects or active participation in the Python community.

Educational Background :


- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
