Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and office role both for an assistant manager, based in Jaipur and Bhilwara.
The assistant manager will handle day-to-day operations, manage departmental and site activities, and support the implementation of business strategies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing operational efficiency, and coordinating with different departments and site staff to achieve organizational goals with full dedication and determination with integrity and honesty
Qualifications

- Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization skills
- Experience in compliance and policy Implementation.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments as a good communication skills,take ownership as own as a extra benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering(Passout-2017 or 2018 with reputed institute)project management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the construction industry is a plus.
