About the Role :

  • Lead end to end change implementation within GPS pricing and billing program - multiple assignments include: business readiness, commercialization, preparing operating models for new markets, process automation, process re-engineering and digital automation.
  • Host and lead steering meetings, focused discussions, workshops including working groups.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Ops and allied team senior leads to understand operating model, business requirements, change and readiness items for new markets.
  • Lead requirements gathering and definition activities across projects. Document end-to-end changes from scoping and requirement elaboration.



Required Experience

  • :Should have good experience and exposure in building target operating model for new markets, commercialization & business readiness.
  • Should have exposure and experience in process re-engineering, process mapping and digital automation assignments. (for automation specific role- 01
  • )Familiarity with existing commercial banking products, product pricing and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills. Should have experience in managing senior and difficult stakeholders. Role requires to work with senior directors and operation and country product leads
  • .Possess excellent Business Analysis skills along with good Project Management & governance exposure. Familiar with Agile concepts and Agile ways-of-working and exposure to toolset such as Confluence, Jira etc
  • .Evidence of successful delivery and of being able to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • .Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture; an
  • dConfident and open to challenging existing protocols and processes
  • .Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
