Job Summary :The Academics Executive plays a critical role in supporting academic operations, ensuring quality assurance in teaching and learning, coordinating academic programs, and facilitating communication between departments. This role involves both administrative and strategic responsibilities to ensure smooth academic functioning and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:-Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating academic programs and policies.-Coordinate with faculty and academic staff to ensure timely delivery of curriculum and course schedules.-Monitor academic performance metrics, such as student outcomes, faculty evaluations, and program effectiveness.-Provide administrative support in accreditation, audits, and academic documentation.-Support student academic services, including advising, orientation, and academic progression tracking.-Liaise with departments to manage timetables, examinations, and assessments.-Handle academic grievances and support conflict resolution related to academic matters.-Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of faculty members.-Prepare academic reports, presentations, and data analyses for leadership review.-Promote academic integrity and quality assurance in alignment with institutional goals.Qualifications and Skills:>Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).>1 years of experience in academic administration or a similar role.Preferred Attributes:#Experience in accreditation processes (., NAAC, NBA, or international bodies).#Familiarity with curriculum design and educational policy frameworks.#Leadership potential with a vision for academic excellence.Experience 1 - 2 Years No. of Openings 1 Education Any Bachelor Degree Role Academic Executive Industry Type Education / Teaching / Training / Colleges /Institutes / Universities Gender ( Male / Female ) Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office Face interview location #511, 05th Floor, Skyline Plaza, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
