Strategic Leadership
Lead pitch strategies for new business, crafting compelling narratives that differentiate brands in crowded markets.
Own end-to-end brand planning projects, ensuring insights translate into actionable creative briefs and measurable results.
Identify white-space opportunities for clients by decoding category conventions, consumer tensions, and cultural shifts.
Team & Client Impact
Mentor junior planners, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and storytelling excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account management, media) to elevate strategic output.
Act as a trusted thought partner for internal teams and the clients, challenging assumptions and pushing for work that addresses brand objectives.
Operational Excellence
Develop frameworks/tools to streamline insight mining and strategy development.
Ensure accountability for insight quality and strategic impact across projects.
Participate in and initiate training sessions to upskill teams on trend analysis, behavioral psychology, and persuasive storytelling.
