Role Overview:

We are looking for System Administrators with strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and cloud technologies (Azure / O365). You will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems.

Personal Note:

OptiSol Business solutions, were a 400+ employees of IT services and product-based company working with global clients and building products in the Gen AI and innovation space.

This role is for IT professionals who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and keeping systems running smoothly. What We're Looking For: (Key skills)

  • Strong IT foundation across Windows, Linux & macOS with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Skilled in networking, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint management, backup & disaster recovery, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

What You'll Do: (Roles and Responsibilities)

  • Manage servers, storage, networks, and Office 365 environments across on-premises and cloud.
  • Configure & secure IT systems, and provide support to internal teams including remote workers.
  • Oversee patching, updates, IT assets, backups, disaster recovery, and maintain documentation for compliance.
