Job Title: Java Backend DeveloperSkills: Java Backend, Microservices, Spring boot & APIExperience: 4 - 12 yearsLocation: BengaluruDuration: Full timeWe at Coforge are hiring Java Backend Developers with the following skillset:- Implement and document new software components.- Understand how code fits into broader technical and business context.- Actively participate in code and technical design reviews.- Work with product to understand requirements and contribute to release planning.- Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.- Work with QA and operations teams to troubleshoot & fix defects in software.- Participate in building Scrum process and agile culture within the company.- Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design & how to design service to service interactions.- Strong database skills such as SQL, My SQL, and Oracle are a must.- Extensive experience as a backend developer/lead in previous projects, with strong expertise in system architecture and a deep understanding of overall business operations.- Strong proficiency in cloud services (AWS) and Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).- Mentor and coach team members by providing guidance on best practices and perform code reviews.- Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.- Self-motivated teammate who excels in a reciprocal environment.- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study.
