About the Role Own end-to-end growth and operations for multiple brands across Indian quick-commerce and fashion/beauty marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto) and select global marketplaces. You’ll be the single point of contact, accountable for strategy, timelines, and performance outcomes, while driving execution with internal teams and partner stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Business Ownership Own P&L for assigned brand accounts: forecasting, target-setting, tracking contribution margin, and driving profitability levers (pricing, promotions, assortment, ad efficiency, returns). Lead Weekly & Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR): publish dashboards, insights, root-cause analyses, and action plans. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management Plan and optimize ads across platforms: Amazon AMS/Advertising, Flipkart Ads, Myntra/Nykaa Ads, Blinkit/Zepto Ads. Set up and manage campaigns, audiences, and auto/manual bidding strategies. Own performance targets: ROAS/ACOS, CPC/CPA, share of voice, and new-to-brand acquisition. Run experiments, A/B tests, and incrementality tests to optimize performance. Manage inventory and fulfillment operations: cluster/FC allocation, stock health monitoring, POs/ASN, GRN verification, improving OTIF, reducing OOS and ageing inventory.
