Client Coordination: Interacting with the client to present the ideas and creatives, and get approvals and feedback.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
ORM: Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful interactions with the audience and build a loyal community.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
