Must Have Skills
Well versed with the TSNA Architecture and its capabilities Write Low level Design, understand requirements and get them implemented. Hands on below areas of TSNA Device Configuration Backup Syslog handling Entuity to TSNA integration TSNA – TSO – CMDB integrations REST APIs Custom Actions and device Adapters TSNA day to day Administration tasks TSNA OOTB integrations with other tools Should have understanding of regex. Experience in Implementation, Upgrade/migration, Support, resolving customer issues, providing resolution within SLA. Experience in Installation and Configuration of TSNA in distributed environment Experience in Multi-server configuration, Custom dashboards and reports Troubleshoot configuration and performance related issues of TSNA. Good communication skill is required
Understanding
SNMP Configuration Management of Network devices. Network Compliance IPSLA, NBAR, netflow SD WAN, Cisco Meraki Operation Support systems and Network Management Systems Asset, Incident, Change and Problem Management
Desirables
IT security and compliance Datacentre infrastructure Software development Vendor management Database maintenance.
