Job Summary

We seek a skilled Security Infrastructure Support Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in IT security infrastructure and support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCCM/MCM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management, and Network Security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support SCCM/MCM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), including user management, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Maintain and support Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management, authentication policies, and integrations.
  • Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, ensuring secure access for users.
  • Handle the SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management, including procurement, installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with network and security teams to enhance network security and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to authentication, identity management, and infrastructure security.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for security infrastructure components.
Requirements


• 4-6 years of experience in IT security infrastructure and support.


• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MCM, Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, and SSL Certificate Management.


• Good understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, and access controls.


• Experience in identity and access management (IAM) best practices.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security infrastructure issues efficiently.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications


• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)


• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
