Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Full Stack Engineer
who can design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end engineering expertise, scalable backend integration skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to key architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, responsive
    user interfaces
    using React.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into
    interactive web experiences
    .
  • Build backend services and APIs using
    , Express, or Java (Spring Boot)
    .
  • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and cloud services.
  • Optimize applications for
    performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
    .
  • Ensure
    pixel-perfect implementation
    of designs while following design system standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide
    technical leadership
    in architectural discussions.
  • Write
    clean, testable, and scalable code
    across the stack.

Required Skills

  • Front-End Expertise:
    React, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • UI Libraries:
    Material UI, Ant Design, or similar frameworks.
  • Backend Development:
    , Express, or Java (Spring Boot).
  • API Knowledge:
    RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, Redux / Context API for state management.
  • Tooling & Workflows:
    Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database Knowledge:
    SQL / NoSQL.
  • Other:
    Strong understanding of performance optimization, responsive design principles, and Git workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    5–8 years in full stack development (with a strong front-end focus).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
