What You'll Do ?
We're looking for a Zoho CRM Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to help us take our CRM system to the next level. You'll be responsible for customizing and enhancing our Zoho CRM to align with our business needs, automate workflows, and streamline processes. Your creativity and technical expertise will make a real difference in improving how we engage with our clients and support our teams.

Customization and Configuration: You'll work on tailoring Zoho CRM to our unique business requirements. From creating custom fields and modules to setting up workflows and automation, you'll ensure the CRM is aligned with our processes and user needs.
Integration: You'll connect Zoho CRM with third-party applications, utilizing Zoho's API and webhooks, so everything works seamlessly and efficiently.
Automation: Using your knowledge of Zoho's workflow automation tools, you'll streamline repetitive tasks and processes, saving time and improving productivity for our team.
Reporting & Analytics: You'll develop custom reports and dashboards that provide insights, track key metrics, and help us make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand their needs and transform them into CRM configurations that enhance their workflow and user experience.
Continuous Learning: You'll stay on top of the latest Zoho CRM features and best practices, always looking for ways to improve and optimize our system.
What we are looking for ?
Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience working with Zoho CRM, developing customizations, automating workflows, and integrating with third-party systems.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of Zoho CRM's modules, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM API and integration with external tools via webhooks.
You're comfortable with Deluge scripting (Zoho's own scripting language) to automate and customize the platform.
Experience with Zoho Creator or other Zoho suite tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving: You approach challenges with a creative mindset and find solutions that work best for the business and the users.
Communication: You can easily communicate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Detail-Oriented: You're organized and have a strong eye for detail, ensuring that the system works flawlessly and that no data or process is overlooked.
