Role**Senior Developer

Required Technical Skill Set**Workday Integration Developer

Desired Experience Range**6-12 yrs

Location of RequirementBangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)At least 6-8 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday StudioExperience with complex integrations preferably between HR, Time Tracking/Absence and Payroll modules.Experience with JavaScript, XSLT and xPath programming strongly preferredCCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI experience is a basic requirementExperience in development of complex reports – Advanced, Matrix/ CompositeGeneral knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areasExperience in handling Integration discovery sessions with the clientGood understanding of Workday securityUse of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not requiredGood written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Good-to-HaveImplementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantageExperience in creation and support of Payroll, HR and Time Tracking web-services is added advantage.

SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1

Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery2

Gather requirements and prototype the integrations3

Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary4

Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations5

Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation6

Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires
