Job Title: Freelance Critical Care Trai ner
Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced and skilled Freelance Critical Care Trainers to join our network. As a Freelance Critical Care Trainer, you will deliver critical care training programs to healthcare professionals, both online and in person. You will play a key role in educating and upskilling healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in critical care settings.
Key Responsibilities :
•⁠ ⁠Deliver critical care training programs to healthcare professionals, including ICU management and emergency response
•⁠ ⁠Design and develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and assessments
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with our team to ensure training programs are evidence-based and current
•⁠ ⁠Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and online
•⁠ ⁠Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
•⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines in critical care medicine
Requirements :
•⁠ ⁠Master's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in critical care medicine, including experience in training and education
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
Nice to Have :
•⁠ ⁠Experience with online learning platforms and virtual training delivery
•⁠ ⁠Certification in critical care medicine (e.g. CCRN, FCCM)
•⁠ ⁠Experience with curriculum design and development
