The team you will be a part of The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards. This role in summary Responsible for procurement of Travel, Finance, Legal category services. The role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Your responsibilities will include Strategic Sourcing: \- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. \- Evaluate bids and proposals, and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Vendor Management: \- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. \- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and company standards Negotiation: \- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company. \- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. Cost Management: \- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. \- Implement cost control measures and track the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives. Compliance and Risk Management \- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. \- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor non-compliance. Digitalization \- Leveraging technology and automation, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations Key Deliverables Ensure cost effectiveness for the managed categories Analysis on spend and vendor data to identify cost saving opportunities Ensure timely execution and renewal of service contract and other compliance requirements Adherence to Indirect policy and SOA (Schedule of Authority). End to end responsibility of Indirect purchase Minimum requirements 6-9 yrs of Indirect Procurement experience EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech Preferred skills and experiences Technical 1. Strong negotiation &; vendor management skills. 2. Sound understanding of Contracting. 3. Strong knowledge &; good network of suppliers of Indirect Purchase 4. Stakeholder Management 5.
