Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Thane. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and coordinating with external auditors. The role also involves handling tax filings, budgeting, and cash flow management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in financial recordkeeping, preparing financial statements, and financial analysis
  • Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax filings
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
