JOB DESIGNATION HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients Co-ordinate with client HR for new positions, CV screening, interviews and feedback Understand the Job Description Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals Discuss the job role and align them for the role Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate Manage and ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate

Who Can Apply:- If you Are passionate to make a career in Talent Acquisition Have excellent English communication skills Basic knowledge of MS office Preferably PG with 1 year of experience in recruitment
