Loaction - Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderbad, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:


• System User Management: Administer and maintain the Vendavo CPQ system, ensuring it is configured to meet business requirements.


• Configuration: Design and implement product configurations, pricing rules, and discount structures within the Vendavo CPQ system.


• User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the Vendavo CPQ system.


• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the CPQ system.


• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Vendavo CPQ system, including regular audits and updates.


• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on Vendavo CPQ system performance, usage, and effectiveness.


• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to align CPQ processes with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Vendavo CPQ administration


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Vendavo CPQ software (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ), CRM systems, and data management tools.


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Certifications: Vendavo CPQ Business Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) is a plus
