We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency with respect to business transactions. The candidate with assume P&L controllership for a data center location. The candidate will be reporting to Finance Director, and he/she will be actively involved in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. He/she must be someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing data center’s P&L controllership by accurately raising revenue bills, managing expenses within approved processes, analyzing accruals and prepaid expense, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures- Participate in monthly closing procedures, ensuring timely completion and accuracy- Facilitate financial reporting and compliance activities, such as reviewing balance sheets and profit and loss statements, processing vendor bills, and ensuring regulatory compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax filings- Play a vital role in budget controls by collaborating with operational team to review expenditure against budget, contributing to the annual budgetary process and forecasting, and coordinating PR & PO processes with Procurement team
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant or Intermediate Pass in CA exams at least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity- Good and experience in managing accounting (especially on OPEX) and withholding tax- Possess good analytical, decision-making and management skills- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage- Experience with respect to Business Finance and Working Capital Management is an added advantage- Experience in big four will be an added advantage- Analytics, meticulous and organised, able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
Other Added Advantage
Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or similar, are highly desirable.
