Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Pune. The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, providing executive support, maintaining communication channels, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, managing office supplies, and supporting recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
