Strong skills in cash management, with an emphasis on optimizing cash flow and liquidity. Understanding of inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management. Ability to handle journal entries, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. (Mandatory skill) Familiarity with managing finished goods, including valuation and cost control. Competence in using tally ERP for financial accounting and reporting. Experience in processing E-way bills and E-invoicing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. (Mandatory skill) Roles and Responsibilities Manage and execute financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Prepare and analyze tax invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to manage cash flows and optimize financial operations. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, supporting efficient management and profitability. Accurately manage and record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards. Conduct periodic reconciliations and audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Support the preparation of financial reports, offering insights to drive strategic decisions. Ensure all invoicing and billing comply with statutory regulations and business policies.
