Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Procurement Executive to manage procurement processes and accounts-related functions for our US operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of goods and services, maintain vendor relationships, and support the finance team with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and familiarity with US procurement standards and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

· Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

· Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain and update supplier database and purchase records.

· Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

· Coordinate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and manage inventory levels.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and US regulations.

Accounts:

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payments.

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.

· Collaborate with the finance team to monitor contracts.

· Support in preparing financial reports, including expense tracking and cost analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in procurement and/or accounting roles (preferably in US-based operations).

· Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks)

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
