We're scouting for a Marketing Specialist with interest in growth hacking; not just any sidekick, but Joey Ricard's Robin. Collaborate directly with Joey Ricard, absorbing and contributing cutting-edge growth hacking wisdom.
Innovate and iterate on CompilerX, enhancing its market fit and appeal to our target audience.
Devise and deploy marketing strategies that resonate with early-stage startups and small businesses.
Be a pivotal player in building and nurturing a formidable team, keen on upskilling and driving results.
Bring to the table a treasure trove of growth hacking tools and strategies, ready to experiment, analyze, and scale.
If you are good enough, maybe lead a team, and take the same proven metrics into our other projects and products.
Who You Are:
A creative powerhouse with a hacker's mindset, unafraid to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
Equipped with a solid background in marketing, particularly in growth hacking, digital marketing, and product marketing.
Adept at using and evaluating a wide array of marketing tools, with a keen eye for what works best in scaling businesses.

Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate, ready to work in-office alongside Joey Ricard.
