Marketing Manager – Reality BoxLocation: East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site)Full-Time | Salary: ₹6–7 LPA | Experience: 2–3 yearsReality Box is a global creative video production company specializing in cinematic travel films, immersive documentaries, and high-impact brand storytelling. From showcasing iconic destinations to producing campaigns for global brands, we deliver world-class visuals and innovative concepts that inspire, influence, and leave a lasting impact.Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute marketing strategies to grow Reality Box’s visibility with tourism boards, global brands, and agenciesManage end-to-end digital marketing including social media campaigns, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and performance analyticsPlan and run Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube campaigns to drive engagement and leadsCreate and manage pitch decks, case studies, newsletters, blogs, reels, and marketing materialsIdentify and approach potential clients (tourism boards, airlines, luxury hospitality, F&B, lifestyle brands)Track and analyze campaign performance & KPIs across both organic and paid digital channelsCollaborate with the creative and production team to ensure brand consistencyRequirements2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategyMandatory: Prior work experience in a marketing/advertising/creative agencyHands-on expertise in social media management, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics toolsStrong storytelling & copywriting skills — ability to craft content that engages and convertsAbility to nurture client relationships and identify new business opportunitiesCreative mindset with fresh ideas to position Reality Box as a premium storytelling partnerBonus: Experience working with travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brandsWhat We OfferSalary: ₹6–7 LPA + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with global brands & tourism boardsA creative, fast-paced, and growth-driven environmentFreedom to experiment and implement bold ideasCareer growth in a company building a global creative network⚠️ Important:This role is strictly for candidates with prior experience in a marketing/advertising/creative agency.
