Job Description :


As a cutting-edge provider in our industry, we rely on robust databases to fuel our operations and insights. We are seeking a talented and experienced Database Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our database :


- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Azure SQL databases.


- Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations.


- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency and scalability.


- Implement and maintain database security protocols and procedures.


- Develop and enforce data backup and recovery strategies.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.


- Create and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures.


- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in database :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Azure SQL.


- Strong understanding of database management principles, including normalization, indexing, and query optimization.


- Hands-on experience with database installation, configuration, and administration.


- Familiarity with database security best practices and techniques.


- Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills.


- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.


- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
