We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality videos and written materials that resonate with our audience. This role involves content planning, scripting, shooting, and editing, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand's messaging and vision. Key Responsibilities: ● Social Media Management: ○ Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). ○ Create, schedule, and post content consistently while maintaining a strong brand presence across social media platforms. ○ Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on analytics. ○ Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities. ● Content Production: ○ Write scripts for video content, social media posts, and promotional material, ensuring clear, concise, and engaging messaging. ○ Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media channels, including reels, stories, and long-form videos. ○ Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative concepts that support the brand's objectives. ○ Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and tone. ● Content Editing: ○ Edit raw footage to create polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). ○ Add necessary elements to enhance video production, including text, graphics, transitions, and music. ○ Ensure content is optimized for each platform's format and audience preferences. ● Additional Tasks: ○ Stay updated with industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. ○ Work closely with other team members to ensure all content and campaigns meet business objectives. ○ Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members for visual content creation. Qualifications: ● Proven experience in social media management, content production, and video editing. ● Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills. ● Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). ● Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and a good eye for visual aesthetics. ● Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to engage with audiences across different platforms. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. ● Creative, with a proactive attitude towards content creation and marketing trends. Preferred: ● Experience in creating content for business coaching, online education, or similar industries. ● Familiarity with SEO and YouTube optimization.
