**This position will require night and weekend shifts.**

What will you be doing?Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.Perform troubleshooting and provide the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersInstall and setup end-user's workstation environmentDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelDocument and Record events/problems and their resolution in logs and KBsFollow-up and update customer status and informationPass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal teamIdentify and suggest possible improvements on internal proceduresEnsure the network infrastructure is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any connectivity issues

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of IT Support experience, using enterprise-level Help Desk/IT ticketing system.MCSA/MCSE/ MCTP/ CCNA course-

a mustExperience in working with Microsoft Active Directory Users and Domains environment + ADFSProven experience and problem-solving abilities in Microsoft Windows 7, 10 O.S and MS Office version 365Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft Online Tools - permissions and general administration.Proven Experience in PC/Laptop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting using SCCMFamiliarity with client-based VPN technologies and conceptsAbility to work independently and handle multiple and varied requests under pressureKnowledge of Cisco IP phones - advantageHigh-level English - Read/Write
