About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our development and deployment pipelines.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize CI/CD processes, automate infrastructure provisioning, and maintain cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DevOps practices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

You will also have an opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to automate the software delivery lifecycle and accelerate release cycles.

- Manage and automate the provisioning of cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across cloud environments.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.

- Oversee Docker container creation, orchestration, and management to ensure a consistent and reliable deployment experience.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of software into cloud environments, promoting best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

- Write and maintain reusable, modular Terraform scripts, and use Terragrunt for managing multiple Terraform configurations effectively across different environments.

- Ensure infrastructure and services follow security best practices.

- Help establish and enforce security policies for infrastructure deployments across environments.

- Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability of the infrastructure and applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly.

- Document DevOps processes, pipelines, architecture designs, and any tools/scripts developed for internal use to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud technologies, with a focus on infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control systems (e.g, Git), and automation tools.

- Proficient in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and containers, and ensuring efficient orchestration and scaling.

- Experience working with Docker for containerizing applications and services.

- Familiar with more than one public cloud provider (e.g, AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing resources across these clouds.

- Proficiency in writing and maintaining Terraform scripts for automating the deployment of infrastructure resources.

- Familiarity with Terragrunt for managing Terraform configurations across different environments, particularly in large-scale and multi-cloud environments.

- A solid understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and security policies, with experience implementing security measures in cloud-based environments.

- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and managing their infrastructure in the cloud
